The length time of the guarantee : The time of guarantee for the valves and liquid level controls are one year ,  for the burners 1-2 years ( it’s depend on to the agreement ) and for the other products it will be clarify in the agreement . The services for all products are for 10 years.

Condition of guarantee : The service of guarantee will be doing via representative of ESHTEAL in all around the Iran or it will be doing by service team of ESHTEAL (it’s depend on seller decision or the limitation of geography).

  The shipment, installation, services and production of the ESHTEAL products must be do according the guidance
     of the company, except of it the products won’t be on guarantee.
  The damages (for the boilers) are not including the guarantee.
  The guarantee will be canceled if any person except ESHTEAL service team do that and all of the expenses for any services
     after it must be pay with seller .

Guarantee service : It includes replace, repair and services of products. The products will be get back to the seller after services. The parts which are not made in the ESHTEAL provided from famous and reliable company and have not any guarantee from ESHTEAL. All of the documents about services and guarantee for the soled products are saved in the company for discussing and forbidding of appearing these matters.
